I was raised on the beautiful island of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, and I am now enjoying the mountain life in Denver, Colorado.  Travel is a big part of my life and I recently spent a year living and working in New Zealand.  It is one of the most stunning places I’ve ever lived – check out my Travel Blog for some of my adventures!

I am inspired by nature and new experiences.  In my spare time you will find me hiking up mountains, camping, practicing yoga on the beach, swimming with sea turtles, or planning my next trip.

I am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher and I teach corporate wellness classes, private and group classes in Denver. I love bringing people together on or off of the mat! My vinyasa classes have a strong emphasis on conscious breathing, strength conditioning, and safe alignment. My goal is to help you build strength and flexibility in both the physical body and the mind. I believe that yoga gives you the tools to approach life and its many obstacles with more compassion and understanding.
